2002 AU2 FORD FALCON UTE.

We wanted a practical vehicle for towing and tip runs so we swapped our gold X-Type for this Ford Falcon utility plus some cash.

Standard features are:
4.0 Litre OHC inline six, native to Australia this must rank as one of the best engines ever. I have done 100's of thousands of high speed kilometres in cars equipped with various versions of this engine in outback conditions and never had an issue.
Removable rear tub, this can be replaced with a tray if desired.
4 speed electronic auto with sports mode, again a pretty much bullet proof unit good for many many kilometres of high speed thrashing.
4 wheel disc brakes.

This is the XLS Supercab model so has, power steering, aircon, cruise control, radio/CD controls on the steering wheel, fuel computer, remote central locking, 16" alloy wheels, and power windows.

The Supercab also has extra storage behind the seats.

These are a very competent vehicle with 750Kg load capacity, and in this vehicles case a 1600 Kg towing capacity, although with the right towbar it is capable of 2,500KG..

This vehicle also has an LP Gas/Petrol conversion making it cheaper to run and vastly extending its range.
